I had 2 home inspections done on 2 different properties by Superior Home Inspection. This first one I had done was completed by inspector David Gist and I was extremely satisfied with the inspection that he done. He was very thorough and spent well over 4 hours on the inspection. The results of his inspection is why I did not purchase the home. I decided to use Superior Home Inspection for the inspection on another house that I was interested in because I was extremely satisfied with the first inspection that they had done for me. This inspection was completed by inspector Tracy Blackburn. Whenever I got the inspection report back there was nothing that really stood out to me as issues with the house so I ended up purchasing the house. I have now discovered issues with the house that is costing me thousands of dollars to fix. These issues should have been reported on the home inspection report. I feel like Tracy Blackburn rushed through the inspection, he was at the home maybe 2 hours (this house was much bigger than the first house I had inspected). I honestly feel like I did not get what I paid for with this second inspection and I would not use Superior Home Inspection to inspect another property. I am highly disappointed in the inspection that I received from Tracy Blackburn.
