Mr. Mike was very knowledgeable on the bike my son was getting. I told him that he had a brain injury and he made suggestions. If I could ride a bike, I would definitely go back. And plus I didn't have a big enough car, so he said he would deliver it. He show wonderful customer service.

I’ve always wanted to learn about mountain biking. I googled shops near me and found the cycle shop. I went in hoping to get some professional help. When I walked in they didn’t have many bikes. Only a couple in the store, I being excited and pretty much awe struck with the ones the did have was eager to purchase. I got on a bike and it felt pretty big, so I asked if the bike was to big. I was told by the guy helping me it wasn’t. I was able to get on and ride it so I decided to buy. The first 5 minutes of actually riding the bike the chain flew off when I went to switch gears. It got stuck between the gears and the frame, I had to walk it back to my truck. I was able to get it back there that same day to get it fixed and the minute I walked in the door was told I must of miss shifted even though I wasn’t even asked what happened. I said my piece and we was good after that. I went to a trail and was riding it when I slipped off the pedals and rammed my groin into the bike. I wanted a second opinion so I brought my bike else where and was told the frame was much to large for someone my size. I’m saying one star because it’s obvious making a sale at my expense was ok because they needed to sell a bike. I called to ask about a return policy and was told there are no returns. I feel robbed out of 600 dollars. I’m sure when business is good and they have bikes they are a good place. But if your going to take advantage of my inexperience to make a sale that’s just wrong. I am self employed and I do not lie or try to get people to buy my services if I know it’s not the best decision. I will not go back there and I hope people are aware that just because they are a “professional” bike shop doesn’t mean you’ll get professional advice. There’s another shop in town that actually care about the customer experience and not just a quick sale.

This place was awesome to us from the beginning! Very professional and intellectual staff. Answered solid questions and they were very upfront. We are knowledgeable about mtn bikes and they did not bombard us or make it seem like they only wanted to sell us something. We knew what we were looking for and they delivered, with very on point price. Bought a brand knew 2021 Trek Fuel Ex 5 and it rips!!! :D
