Not sure who I talked to at this store, but I called after getting frustrated trying to find information online. I had several questions that weren’t all directly related to dropping my package off at the store. The employee answered all of them patiently and even made helpful suggestions.

Always always always go to the UPS by Target in Fayetteville. The one on college, nope. Bad service, and terrible experience. I’ve never had any issues with the UPS by Target, so even if I have to drive an extra 5 minutes, I do it. Better safe than sorry.

Sometimes great sometime terrible. I believe their hiring manager might have version of bio- polar disorder. Half the staff is awesome and the other half is cruisin for a bruisin; this includes: re-issuing the orders with Amazon, mailing the wrong packages, and starting a fight with me for refusing to purchase their boxes. Other times, they are amazing and I leave with a smile. There is no in between.
