I came into Town Square Jewelers a few days before Christmas with my husband, hoping that I would be able to find that perfect gift. I was greeted by and worked with Mackenzie. Mackenzie answered all of my questions and was very helpful in the process of my custom made necklace. I’m so glad that I took the time and waited for Mackenzie to find me the perfect sized Diamond in the exact cut I was looking for in my budget. Mackenzie put together a beautiful cushion cut Diamond solitaire necklace on an amazing adjustable chain. I love how I can adjust the length of the chain according to the type of shirt/dress I am wearing. I highly recommend Mackenzie at Town Square Jewelers.

Let me start by saying this was the first time I had ever been here. The positives about this place is how well they are handling the pandemic, they are limiting the amount of people in the back and they have plastic covers and ropes up to keep certain areas sectioned off. Everyone has their mask on and it’s squeaky clean. The reason I came was because my bestfriend died in August and her birthday is tomorrow, she would have been 25 years old, so I wanted to get a Pandora charm bracelet to gift to her mother. I explained that as soon as I walked in the door but somehow I had to repeat it two more times because the representative did not seem to care or even listen to me. She was completely insensitive, never have I felt this way inside of any jewelry place because it is suppose to be a personal experience for every shopper. Customer service is vital in a setting like that because you don’t know if someone’s coming in for a wedding, birthday, or god forbid a tragedy so you have to treat every customer with care and respect. I was extremely disappointed by my experience and I hope this will prevent something like this from reoccurring.

I’ve visited several jewelry stores in the area searching for earrings for my wife for Christmas. Ultimately I purchase a pair at Town Square Jewelers. Makenzie C. was great to work with in every way. She was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable about the products available at her store. When I went back to make the final purchase she help me again and made the whole process a positive one. I appreciate all the help that she provided and professionalism she displayed.
