Couldn't find the place! Couldn't have it redelivered! Finally found it after hoofing it around campus (not a student, by the way) in the freezing weather, parking is almost nonexistent....Could go on! Whoever thought this was a good location needs to be mentally evaluated or fired!!! There are many easy access ups stores around town. I'd give zilch stars if I could!

I was told this service location was an experiment. If so, this is a bad idea. The location is in the middle of campus, well away from where one can park. If I was a college student or worked on campus, I can see how this could be more convenient. However, if you are not, it is incredibly inconvenient. One has to pay for parking then walk about 10 minutes from public parking deck and then try to find the lockers that are a part of the Arkansas Student Union. Can you image having to carry a heavy package 10 minutes back to your car?! I was left a note on my door that the package would be here by 1pm the next business day. At 1pm the next business day, after I find the lockers located next to the bus station and entered in the info notice #, it wasn't there. I go inside the large Student Union building, try to find the so-called \UPS station\. They said they don't have anything to do with picking up packages (just dropping off) and to call the 1-866 phone number listed outside. Next time, if I'm not home, just leave my package at the UPS store or make a second attempt to re-deliver to my home the next day instead of dumping it at this inconvenient and impersonal service location.

I agree with what everyone else said. First, I don't know why my package was taken there. Usually they will try again if I miss a delivery. Had to pay to park and then walk to it. Someone was able to point me in the right direction but they were already closed. When I called UPS, they told me they stayed open till 11. Not true, they closed at 430.

Horrible, horrible, horrible, location!! No one knows where this access point is located nor does any university employee. Asked multiple university employees inside of the union where I could find this access point, and I got the answer of, \what's an access point?\ or it's down stairs in the union UPS store. Walked around the entire union to find this POS and finally stumbled across it outside in the most obscure location. I'm not even a student!! UPS didn't think this through at all. Anyone that has to find this god forsaken machine, let me save you some hassle, it's directly north of the bus station along garland on the southeast face of the south wing of the union. The photo UPS provides for this access point is useless due to the fact that it's a straight on shot of a brick facade. UPS be more thoughtful on your access point locations

A location not accessible by car is not a good idea. A location that you can not see off any drivable road is not a good idea. If you are in a wheel chair you must pay to park in order access a route that is wheel chair accessible but none of the metered spaces are handicap spaces... Great concept in theory but absolutely terrible placement.
