I have been a patient of Virginia Mason Federal Way for over 4 years. The care that I have received has been wonderful. The Doctors and Staff are Second to Nun. However, for the last six to nine months it has been increasingly difficult to get a timely appointment with anyone. At one point I was scheduled with a Nurse Practitioner, as all of the Doctors were booked up. On May 25, 2016, I received a phone call to reschedule a Doctors appointment. The earliest that I could see my Doctor was now going to be July 14th ... over a month and a half away. I'm sorry, but this is unacceptable! In addition, because of apparently being short handed, we are now limited to 15 minutes with the Doctor.
