I don't know if there was a change in management, or what the deal is, but now I have had a terrible experience here on 2 separate occasions recently. The old crew was amazing and brought me here! Today will ensure I never come back into this location. I went in to buy some Ferts/Nutrients and other items. I had a list honestly...I usually do. I stood there for a full 10 -15 minutes today without a single acknowledgement. Not a "hello, I'll be right with you or just a moment"....nada. There were two employees (whom I've never worked with) and 1 was in a pretty good conversation helping a customer.The other was answering simple lighting questions. Neither said a thing so I grabbed a few things and came back to the counter with still no reply. I dropped the stuff back and just walked. I'll make my way to Kent or Tacoma to avoid ever going here and refrain from giving any recommendations to go here anymore. All I wanted was to be acknowledged and assured I'm going to get service. All the stores have identical or competitive pricing but what brings me back is good customer service.
I have been going to the Indoor Garden Depot for six years now and i have had great service and products from them. Chris and his staff has always been very knowledgeable and helpful in all of my gardening needs. They have introduced me to products to fit my growing needs and have never had a bad experience with what they have recommended. I was in the store the other day and Chris told me about a new vendor they just got in and told me all about the product. The product was Root Nectar by Nutrifield. I had never heard of there products and so i purchased it and since i have been using it the results are far better than i ever expected. My plants really love this stuff. All i can say is thanks Chris and look forward to many more years of coming in your store.
New to town so I checked around. This place is by far the best shop around. It's clean inside! Staff seemed helpful. They had everything I need. Gave me a discount and loaded all my soil.
These guys always hook me up with what I need even if my moneys tight they'll show me a cheaper way to go I always leave smarter than I came
Wide selection on indoor gardening materials that no other location in the area has. Ranges from simple items to high end precise measuring tools.
The guys are very helpful and knowledgeable. I never felt like they were pushing something on me for a sale. I will go back
