There’s a male nurse there! I feel sorry for anyone who deals with him. I’ve never in my life seen such a resentful disturbed condescending individual. Like...dude...you are a nurse...you should be compassionate or at least pretend to be. He’s scary and completely incompetent at his job!!!! Beware! Please!!! I wouldn’t trust my worst enemy in his care.

My husband was referred to this office as an urgent referral. After 2 weeks with no phone call, we decided to call their office. The receptionist said that they had the referral, but couldn't schedule him to see anyone at that time, but would call him back. I got him scheduled with a different group within the week. We didn't get a call back from nwms until 6 months later. The worst patient care. I would NEVER recommend anyone going here.

When I went there for chemo, I was well pleased with my experience. The staff that I interacted with were very caring. Shout out to Carlos who was a pro getting into my veins and sadly no longer working there. I also liked my oncologist Dr Sasha Joseph who was very patient with all my questions and sadly he is gone as well. What's even sadder is they knew he was going to be gone months before my appointment today and they were unable to get me scheduled with another doctor and they did not inform me that I would have to reschedule until one business day before my appointment. That appointment ended up being rescheduled for a month out. Cora the nurse has over time responded less and less to my phone messages - in fact after trying for a month to get her to call me back, I gave up and asked my other doctors if they could help me. I don't believe once has she ever answered the phone and I've always had to leave a message. I fear this place that I liked so much is not changing for the best. I do hope they can correct their direction.

Horrible receptionist. I mean she’s literally working for Satan, she has a horn trying to grow out of her giant forehead LITERALLY. She’s so mean and condescending it’s disgusting

Receptionist is rude, waiting time to see the doctor is always over an hour, the haven’t looked at the file till they walk through the door to see you, and they never have up to date records. Nurses are always rude. Waste of time with the exception of the lab.
