Great experience! The person working let me ride the bike I was interested in around the parking lot to make sure I liked it. So glad we stopped in because I love the yellow mountain bike I purchased. The shop sells used bikes and also does repairs.

Outstanding small bicycle shop. Excellent selection of pre-owned bikes at a fair price. Phil is an excellent mechanic, he's not there to talk.
Cool dude. I dunno why all the hate on here. Straight forward, honest, no-nonsense kinda place. Gave me useful information, got me what I needed, got me on my way. Definitely will be back.
Nice shop. Friendly, knowledgeable, zero pressure staff. Good inventory - I'm a Big Guy and I just walked in the door and Garret gave me three bikes to try out. (I tried several big box stores and shopping online, and no one had anything in stock to fit me, so I thought maybe Phil's would have one bike, if I was lucky - they had 3.) Garret answered all my questions about the pros and cons of each, and I took one home, no muss, no fuss.
My husband and I visited Phil's Bike shop for the first time on Saturday. This shop was recommended to us by a friend. When we arrived to the shop there was some other people looking at bikes so we waited only a few minutes before Seth approached us and asked how he could help. We told him what we were looking for and he recommended a Norco model that fit our needs. He quickly took the bikes we thought we would like to try off the rack and gave us helmets to go for a spin in the parking lot. While we were testing the bike out, the store became very busy as several more people arrived. My husband and I decided to purchase the bikes and through all the busyness Seth did not miss a beat in attending to us. We were able to come back to the store in about an hour and pick up the bikes after they were adjusted, set up and fenders added. The overall experience was fantastic!! We felt like the localness of the store and great service was well worth the effort over just getting online or going to a box store to buy and not really being certain we bought the right bikes. We also feel very confident that if we need some help or further adjustments we will get looked after. Thank you Seth - we went out for a ride this morning and so far we LOVE our new bikes.
