I love this place. Everyone was so friendly. And eager to help. I only been there once. But the one time will turn into two thousand more time. I give it a 5 star. And would want all my friends and family to come here.

First off, I'm only rating the store side as that's all I've used.. with that said, I enjoy the selection they have of natural pet food and I've also found very knowledgeable staff regarding caring for my elderly cat before she passed on. Now that we have a new kitty, I plan on using this store for all his needs also. My one complaint is price of things..when shopping for things other than food I really have to watch the cost. I also enjoy the fact they have R.A.I.N in their store to get rescued kitties a good home.

We've been taking our dog to Simply Paws for day care (1-2 times/week), grooming, and occasional boarding for four months now, and we couldn't be more pleased. Our pup is excited to go each time and comes home happy and exhausted. The customer service is excellent, the store is well-stocked, and the groomers are great!! We've been so happy here.

I absolutely LOVE Simply Paws doggy daycare and so does my pup! I think the day care workers are great with the dogs. They are all loving and caring from my observations. I take my dog about twice a week to get in some play. She is generally wiped out when I bring her home. She is always excited when I bring her!

We took our 5 month old to doggy daycare a couple days out of the week so he wouldn't have to be home all day alone. At first it was awesome and we had no complaints whatsoever. Then I went to pick him up one day and there was a new lady in there. She attempted to pick him up (50lb puppy...) and hand him to me over the wall. He was very excited to see me and I barely caught him before he hit the ground. She didn't say anything about the incident and once I got his leash on him (which was hard since the doors were wide open and he wanted to run to the car) she had her back turned and was playing with the other dogs. After that she seemed to be the only person working in the doggy daycare center and whenever we would pick him up she had something bad to say. He was usually soaked with water from being sprayed. When asked about it she said that he wanted to play instead of take a nap....? Excuse me but aren't we paying you to play with our dog not to watch him sleep? One day we popped in on our lunch break and she had him in a crate with the dog hammocks lined around it so he couldn't see out because she was trying to get him to take a nap. Apparently he had been barking and whining to get out too because she had been spraying him through the top and he was literally dripping wet when we decided to take him home instead of going back to work. On the other hand we absolutely loved the service in the store side. They were friendly and very knowledgeable about the food and products. Unfortunately there was just one person that completely ruined it for us.

Just picked my puppy that I boarded with Simply Paws today. I will start off by saying that I will never visit this store or daycare again. 1) I dropped off Maggie (8mos AKK) Friday morning, I got a phone call from SP when their day care closed because no one picked up Maggie, they were confirming Maggie was mine that I dropped off and asked pretty basic questions about my stay (how long, when Im picking her up) -- Later to find out, they did not give me the proper paperwork to fill out and had little record of her being there or the reservation I had made in advance. 2) Picked her up today, the woman told me she jumped the wall of her "bedroom" area. I told them she would jump that wall and requested a room with a top to prevent this. So at some point in the night/morning she jumped out of her crate/bedroom area and was stuck outside the crate without her food/water, and bed. 3) Lets talk about food. I left her there for 3 days and 2 nights. I gave them 5 servings of food to feed her (individually bagged). They fed her one time. I checked their website to see if they used their own food to feed, but they charge extra for that and I was charged no extra fee. So in the end, after 3 days she was fed half a days worth of food. 4) The woman tells me that all the issues are the fault of new people. As a customer, I don't need to hear that. I need to hear they are so sorry for everything that happened. Unfortunately, I paid first and tipped, then found out all of the above. I very much wish that I could take it back. In the end, this whole thing put a bad taste in my mouth. Lack of organization within their store and lack of ownership of the problem. All I heard were excuses and no apologies for the trouble.

I used the self service dog wash and had a great experience. The staff is wonderful. Thank you!

The groomer is excellent, but expensive in comparison to other local groomers. If you are self washing your dog at this facility; this is great, but bring your own shampoo. Their shampoos and conditioners offered as included in the self dog wash price are completely watered down and are for the most part useless!!
