If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I rarely use FedEx to ship and I never will again. I needed a very important check to get here yesterday, I was home all morning waiting for it. Apparently the driver \tried\ to make a delivery attempt, they left nothing on my door and FedEx would not let me pick up the package even after my bank called them and told them the check was for me. So, they told me I would receive this package by or before 10:30am today. I have been home, all day AGAIN, waiting to see when the truck will get here. It has yet to arrive and when I called FedEx, they finally called the truck driver and the driver \could not give an estimated time of delivery but he will get there as soon as possible\ which to them means by 8pm. I paid my bank extra money to have this check delivered ON Monday, I didn't get it on Monday, wasn't allowed to pick it up on Monday and now today, I have a ton of things to do but the driver is not here when he's supposed to be, so I'm literally supposed to sit home for 10 hours and HOPE they deliver the check at some point today. I will absolutely never use FedEx for any shipping ever again. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Unprofessional staff, slow moving and they have failed to deliver several of my packages all while being exceptionally difficult about providing refunds. You are better off with UPS or USPS if you actually care about what you’re sending.

Great Service and very knowledgeable Staff. Business, great Products and Service. Printing large \Blue Prints\ was quick and nice. Personal, they made a special Spell board out of plastic; this was for my mom who had speech problems after a stroke, They used my pdf file, helped me select the right material (It was a hard plastic about 1/8 inch thick). Had to be sent out; received a week later and it was beautiful. They also made a great Poster mount for me with custom trimming and harder sticky white board. Works perfect for those poster Mounts. Mine was small, 12, and bigger was 24 Steve
