BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!!! On 05/18/2020 I went to the office located on Glades Boca Raton and used their self service desk. ONLY ONE station was available at 14:09, but that was not the problem. The problem was I made two different transactions, one for .70 and the other one for .84. Today I have a charge for 10 instead . Needless to say, the charge was disputed directly with my bank. It is terrible you cannot trust even a so called "reputable business". My suggestion you, the regular customer: Do yourself a favor and hold on to your receipt, even if you spend only a few cents!.... Shame on you FEDEX for overcharging customers with these small amounts relying on the fact people usually do not pay attention on these charges or never keep their receipts.

My sisters dog went missing a few weeks ago and I went here to print signs. I was frenetic and definitely having a hard time using the machine because I was so anxious about finding the dog. It was after 7PM, so it was pretty quiet inside. The young man behind the counter helped me print the signs and get the supplies I needed to get signs up quickly. I went back a 2nd time to print more and had another positive experience.

Went here last week to fax a set of papers around midday. Was empty besides one other party being helped out. The young man who was manning the front was very helpful and informative as it had been about a year since I had faxed anything and was a little rusty. I wish they would lower their fax prices, though, it cost 22 for 9 pages. But, I understand it is a company-wide price and thus would not be so easy to change. The fax machine at this location was slower, and older than at the Coral Springs Fedex location I regularly went to beforehand, but other than that, a very good experience where I felt welcomed, and respected.

Disappointing experience. Staff is not interested in helping with equipment. It's just shipping center and they don't care about printing services. It has been more than one occasion - waisting your time even if you are willing to wait for help. They are too busy processing shipping and just want you to leave.
