Terri with the 5 year Of outstanding service is so rude & im in shock she’s held a position in customer service for “5 years” now this is the second time I’ve been at this location & I didn’t do a review last time thinking maybe it’s just a bad day but no she’s just a crabby elderly woman who clearly hates her job. I will start going to the west college avenue location even though it’s a longer drive it will be worth it not having to deal with Terri. Management you should re-train your long term employees especially this one in customer service!

This is the worst fedex I have ever been to. The lady who wears a face shield refused to help. The customer service deserves no stars.

Everytime I go to this location I get the worst customer service. Rude employees every single time. They treat you like you are stupid. Learn some customer service skills. I will never come back to this location.

Awful experience twice now. I will not return. First time brought in a package in a shoe box completely taped with all markings cover 3d d and was told I couldn't ship in a shoe box. I would have to get a different box. I told them to forget it and I took it to the actual Fedex at the airport. They had no problem and shipped it just fine. Second time was a larger box wrapped in brown Kraft paper and completely taped all around. Was told nothing could b ed wrapped. Plain boxes only. I left again and won't bother coming back. This place is a joke! I can't comment on price since I never got a chance to pay for anything.
