Great experience! The manager, Gordon, was so nice and extremely helpful. He gave us great options, helped us reinforce our packages, and went out of his way so we had a smooth shipping experience. We had close to 400lbs of shipment and he made it easy! Amazing and dedicated staff! Highly recommend!!!

I wanted to print out a reader for my neurobiology class that was about 600 pages double sided. Talked to a pleasant man on the phone and he gave me an estimate of about 300 dollars before tax. After submitting my file, I received a call back from another person who worked in the store, who told me that it would cost nearly 950. He was also pretty rude and that seems to be a common theme in these prior posts. So, I would suggest going elsewhere.

Avoid at all costs. Staff is very unprofessional, and prefer to send you away to other shipping centers before helping you. They lock their doors during Business hours without placing a sign of when they will open again. People inside see you trying to come in and do nothing to notify of unexpected hour changes. Terrible service.
