Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Friendly polite staff. Extremely helpful. They package your items with care. Honestly you can’t ask for more. Thank you for making this as seamless as possible. Consider opening more of your locations. They are located by Stop & Shop and Barnes and Noble. Ample parking. Nice shopping plaza!

I checked the cut off time for ground packages. It said 4pm. I got to the shop at 353p. The truck was already there and the guy was loading it up. I asked the lady inside if he was coming back in for more, she said no. Turns out he did come back in for more, but she wasn't clearly stating that. Said I needed to bring it to the counter. This is not the first instance I've experienced where a pickup/cut off time is clearly written, but yet the drivers show up before that time. Yes, I came close to the cut off time, but still before the time written. It causes extreme frustrations that this does happen, as I feel that this store should alter their cut off time to 330p, to account for it. If they had done that, I would have driven to the Farmington location that listed a 6pm cut off, even though it is many miles away from my home. Not pleased with this service. And I feel bad for the gentleman who was in the store at the same time. I don't plan on coming back to this location. If I can at all help it.

AMAZING STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I cannot thank the staff enough, especially the manager Nicole for helping my mother and I with a project. Not only was she very thorough and got us exactly what we needed, but she was able to complete it within the same day! Thank you Nicole so much for printing our cards last minute before our service tomorrow. She was absolutely tremendous!!!

Horrible. The woman wouldn’t accept the box because it wasn’t strong enough?? It was the same box fedex shipped it to me! I went to the fedex in Newington and had no problems.

Google map led me to Barnes & Nobles, but the Fedex is on the oposite corner of the building.

Very helpful, friendly and courteous, even when about to close on a Tuesday night! It is in the west side of the building, around to the left as you face Barnes and Noble.
