The staff was extremely helpful, making sure that I knew what I was doing and answering every question I had. They also helped me print with my problematic Avery business card paper (which was a PAIN, let me tell you what). Very efficient, very helpful, very well-run.

Would have rated this location (Danville Cross Roads) 1/2 star. Wanted to have Memorial invations printed, a while I waited situation. Did not have a file on USB drive, only the invitation from previously emails or text messages sent. The older of the two men working was also trying to assist the few other people in the store at the same time. He was a bit frustrated with my many question about what I wanted. I told him I would work with some one closer to my home. He kept asking me just to "e-mail him" so he could see what could be done. I explained that i was in Danville where hard copies of the invitations were to be delivered, but live in Alameda. After about 20mins of waiting, he says to me that he could not open the png file I sent, that his computer crashed, and had been doing so all morning. Why push for me to stay and wait for something that was clearly annoying for him to attempt to accommodate? Could have saved me 30 mins of standing around for no results.
