Their employees are lack of training. They are extremely rude and have ZERO respect to people. They need to see how employees in chino central ave shipping center or ups treat their customers. Better learn how to be a polite human being first.

The Caucasian male doesn't know the return policy even though it is his job. We've tried to return BBB item, so the returning needs only 1 return code, but he kept saying that it required 2 codes, even though I showed the 2 barcodes and how it is listed as 1 return code. He even told my husband, "I don't want to fight you" lol. Before you say you want to fight the customer, just study the return policy. I will also complain to the Fedex head office since you may need to be trained again. We will never use that Fedex office. Horrible customer service.

The employees definitely need additional attention and professionalism when dealing or helping the customers. They don’t know what they are doing and don’t seem willing to help for simple printing process fixed for their printer.

The BEST customer service EVER!!!! These girls know what’s up! Helped us print our papers in 5 mins. Staples told us it was going to be twice the price and that we had to come back in 24 hours to get them. 5 STARS!!!
