Driver didn't bother to knock when attempting to deliver a package that needed a signature. Therefore we had no idea he was here, even though WE WERE HOME. Customer service was no help and said I would have to wait till delivery next day even though I called immediately after finding the note (were talking a few minutes later.) Zero stars.

I'm certain there are friendly people with a pen to borrow. Pam was working the register today and there were no other customers and unable to provide pen to write address.

physically handed a priority overnight package to the EMPLOYEE on Friday Nov 6th and it was never delivered and is missing, . Horrible Customer Service Runaround Store employee can't help and neither can fedex customer service. What an utter nightmare

Overall Unsatisfied - I was thinking of switching from USPS to FedEx because its a little cheaper per box.. but not sure if its worth it because USPS picks up for free where I have to drive to FedEx.. today they wouldn't take my package unless I paid an extra 4 for extra packing material.. I guess boxes have to be able to sustain at least 50lbs. on top - they thought my box was too flimsy? Good thing I put it in a box. I was going to just wrap it in a bag! Nice to know before I have to drive 20 min. each way or pay. agh. I'll just stick with USPS.. free boxes, free pick up. never any hassle.. always great service.

Pam and George are rude and oblivious. After standing at the counter for several minutes George finally acknowledged my existence to tell me to talk to Pam. I'm just trying to pack a box and Pam is giving me the run around.

Not good service all the way around today. Between their driver for Oshkosh, whom has no idea if the customers are actually home or not to deliver a package that needs signing, to the Appleton Office and them not letting me know what was going on with my package, to the Oshkosh office laughing at me with the delivery driver, for their mistake! I will ask for any other delivery services but them. Terrible.
