I was in a rush and to send a urgent overnight documents to Nyc , Looking for a post office or Ups but came across Fedex and Ms Sheba the assistant manager , helped me in a timely manner and with a great smile . I highly recommend the Customer satisfaction and the service you expect is beyond excellent.

Looking desperately for a place to print, scan and send very important documents (after been mistreated in the Brookling park library) and I got help for a very very nice and helpful lady (I didn’t ask her name but she has a very curvy long her) even though I got a lot of questions and I didn’t know to used the stuff she went out of her way to help me! Thank you so much for the great service!

I went to have my couple of things done..I met a young girl DIAMOND./ RJ MANAGER.She/he with great interest was maintaining CDC /guidelines for every customer AT the same time she was polite with EXCELLENT customer skills..She helped me to get all my things done this SHOWS professionally she is the best..OVERALL SHE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE BEST.

I have called FedEx several different times to try and resolve the issue of having a newly constructed home and my address not be in their system, so that I can update my profile. I always end up talking to someone in India and half the time they hang up on me. I wish online retailers would quit shipping with FedEx or give me the option of not choosing them. Store employees weren't helpful either as they have no power. FedEx is just a black box you put a package into and hope it comes out the other side ok. Never mind the fact that I am trying to make their lives easier.

Had trouble finding the store based on Google Maps not accounting for new construction in the area. Called the store and Brian provided clearer instructions. He then managed to handle 6 customers swiftly and with grace in the 20 minutes that I was there all by himself. Props to Brian!
