These incompetent peasants working at this fedex location were having a meeting in the back office while a paying customer is waiting at the front. They make eye contact, and continue their meeting for another 5 minutes before coming out and claiming they told me they would be right out. If that was the case, this review wouldn’t be here. Next time you lie to a customers face, remember that the negative reviews hurt the franchisee not your basic minimum wage paychecks.

Seriously great customer service here! Michael is extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. This is his second time helping me, and he is absolutely wonderful!!! This is now my go-to fedex for printing/shipping. I love this place :)
Worse service ever! Manager wasted almost an hour of our time! We followed her instructions step by step and at the end we had an issue at check out and asked us to call customer service! We end up using UPS instead and we got it done.
This location closes earlier than their posted time. When I arrived the gentleman yelled at me that they would close in 5 minutes when their posted time was 8 minutes from then. No greeting. Their machines are slow and jam as well. When I asked for assistance he said I wouldn't get through my documents in time for them to close. If you're open and you have customers in the store, you should serve them. I had 10 pages not 100. I wanna get home too. Wasted trip, never will spend money here again.

Came last night to scan a job and 2 of their machines froze/shut down right when finishing losing everything I did. Employee was rushing me to leave so she could go home so I left the file with them to scan for me. Came today and stood there without anyone saying a single word to me for 15 minutes with no one in front of me. One guy was working and busy while another lady just walked around, doing seemingly random things but wouldn't so much as address me. Obviously just left since no one wants to help there. Horrible customer service. Doesnt help that their machines break down when using them either.

On Friday I emailed a very small order. The order was six laminated pages. I received a confirmation email that all is good. After 24 hours, I went by to pick up the order. One lady was behind the counter and one gentleman on the shipping side. I had to wait quite a bit for her to acknowledge me. Then she couldn’t find the order. After 20 minutes the email was found on a different computer. But according to her the download is taking a long time. I suggest we raise money for FedEx to get a quicker computer. While we are at it, we might as well get a wet sponge so the staff wouldn’t have to lick their fingers while flipping through pages.
