A couple of times when I went in there the computers were acting strange. One time my papers would not print out of the printer that I paid big bucks for and another time the computer said it was sending my email a receipt when I did not request it. They also no longer have Mike working there who was a big help! There is something wrong with this place so be warned.

The only good thing about this place is that we found a same quality, less expensive place- Budget Master Printing on East Pittsburgh street in Greensburg.... We spent over an hour at FedEx Greensburg, had issues with the copier, watched as people who came after us were waited on and we were ignored. The ONLY thing the employee said to us was a comment about the cost of copies.... she said this WHILE she was waiting on another customer, WHO ALSO CAME IN AFTER US! She couldn't be bothered to actually communicate with us. Prior to this, we've had issues where they promised work to be done by a certain time.... we would show up 2 hours after that time and the work was STILL not done. This is shameful..... we won't be back. Budget is charging us 20.00 less for color copies and we got black and white at FedEx.
