I recently had to phone a FedEx location in San Antonio regarding a package pick-up after the driver had picked it up from my sender with the wrong mailing label on it. Since it was scheduled online, I didn't know what San Antonio location to call. I randomly picked this one at 8000 W I-10, Suite 155 and I spoke with Dominique. Dominique was A-MA-ZING! She cared that I was stressing and took initiative to help resolve the issue. She looked into the matter, called me back after securing a solution and explained how we'd fix it. She and the dispatch woman she'd spoken with came up with a plan to solve the problem by securing the correct label on it once it got to the 1st facility from the delivery driver's truck. Dominique (and the nice dispatch woman she spoke with) were my angels that day! Dominique made sure to follow-up with me too, once the package had been properly labeled at the facility, to let me know that it had. I had a LOT of bad experiences with FedEx in general recently. Dominique at this location was your only real saving grace, FedEx. She took charge of an issue and cared about quality customer service. She, along with the woman at dispatch whose name I don't know, are the kind of employees you need and they deserve your praise and promotion.

Very uncomfortable . Fed ex employee asked to open box . After telling her I had important paper work she said there was no paper work in there . After looking again it was in there . I been shipping for over 20 years . 1st time ever where I had to open my box up in front of them .

The manager Dominic was extremely nice and helpful at this location. He actually took the time to help compare costs and didn’t just quote me a high price to mail a package. Shipping here was about 35 cheaper than a nearby competitor. I highly recommend this place.

The Dropbox login didn't work on the copier so I needed internet access to print my documents. Michael (I think he's the manager) created a hotspot on his smartphone and gave me internet access through it.

I needed fax services. 2.49 per page plus tax is ridiculously high! The fax machine only sent 2 of the 8 pages I needed to send when it jammed. I asked for assistance but the staff is not interested in helping. I went to the UPS store down the street where it cost 1 per page and the customer service was outstanding. I learned my lesson. Do not waste your money!
