The only reason they got three stars is because I was given a box knife and shipping tape to make packing my own box easier. On Google this was called a pack and ship center and said on the website that they would custom package however they need to, if you are willing to pay for it. My package finally got shipped so I'm happy for that!

Will probably never use FedEx again, and certainly not this location. The old hag at the front desk had the worst attitude and shouldn’t be interacting with customers. Her face will probably crack and fall apart should she attempt a smile. She made us feel like nothing but a burden and huge inconvenience. She helped two other customers while I was there and their treatment wasn’t much better. That’s not even the worst part. We shipped a handmade tv console to a customer and it arrived looking like it had been thrown off a cliff!!! I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that it was deliberately mishandled starting with the lazy, incompetent, good for nothing’s in Brooksville. This thing was packaged really well, and a lot of the damage is something that could only happen if it was literally thrown or pieces pulled off and unscrewed. I’m so disgusted by the service from that woman, and every person that handled this item causing it to be worthless. Livid doesn’t even describe it.

Not just an un-monitored drop off location. Speak to a real person, ask questions, and get help with packing. Rarely crowded, Hernando County airport location. Pleasant service - highly recommended.

Very nice facility. The people at the counter are generally nice and friendly. Very small closet size room for shipping office so only 1 person allowed in at a time because of coronavirus.

A friend had to drop off a package and was describing a problem he had with some info incorrectly given to him by another company. The woman who received his package came across as less than interested.

I ordered a phone with “next day shipping” and it’s been over a week and I can’t even get valid updates on my package and they blame a snow storm that ended before I even ordered my package.. also cancelled their money back guarantee so I lost my money from the “next day shipping” without even a warning that it could be delayed even though they already knew about the weather. A company of thieves!!

They can never seem to deliver packages correctly. The first time I got fertility meds shipped to me they dropped of off at my neighbors door without getting my signature. Just so they didn't have to drive all the way down our driveway. The second time I request to signature but to make sure it was dropped off at the mailboxes or the correct house. That time it was left at our gate successfully. Then last week they had mom moms package out for delivery then just lost it. Then she had to oder new books and the other package showed up yesterday. Now I'm at a lost. These guys need to pull it together. I had my fertility meds sent to me again. They are shipped out from Miami. They sent it up to Indiana for some reason. Then it was sent to Tampa after being a day late. Then to Brooksville. It said it was out for delivery then randomly sent up to Tennessee. How can they mess up so bad. Well thanks fedex. My medicine has to be refrigerated so it probably is not any good now. But also will be too late to get my fertility treatment done.
