I was the only person inside even though the parking lot was pretty full! The woman (wish I'd gotten her name) was extremely polite & helpful!
Terrible experience. My husband and I walked in to ship a package out and before we even said a word, the older woman working at the counter looked at us and said "I was going to say something rude to you but I'm going to be nice and not say it". How rude!! Who hired this woman?! She was rude and seemed annoyed the entire time she was helping us. I will not be returning to this location and perhaps they need some new staff.
It’s conveniently located just inside the Middle Island Walmart! The staff was pleasant and very helpful. I called beforehand to make sure they could print the return label I needed and the Shipping Center was the only one able to do it for me. I had gone to a drop off located in Walgreens, but they could not print from the email, as it was literally just for drop offs.
Go elsewhere if you care about things like: being treated with respect, or having any issue you may have resolved. Awful service attitude, shows the management style.
