I'm not 100% sure this is where my driver works but it's the closest to my house. Not only for Christmas did they deliver my package to someone else's home and I NEVER got it BUT today they left someone else's package on my porch. Of course you can only call the 800 number and the Asian lady with poor connection wanted all the shipping info even though I said I need someone to come to my house and get it and deliver it to the proper address. I am FURIOUS. Meanwhile Amazon delivers to my home with no problem all the time.

It's fine for shipping but I think they should knock or hide package. But thank you for working in covid conditions
I went in feeling frustrated. The person who first tried to deliver my package put the ticket on an obscure door in my apartment complex and I didn't find it until weeks later. However, the fellow who I interacted with was friendly enough to turn my mood around completely. I really appreciated that.

So they list all of there drop boxes but none of there actual offices and can't get ahold of anyone on a phone to find out where one is absolutely ridiculous.
