Friendly reliable staff for the time that I went. Was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had a situation and they helped immensely. Would have gotten 5 but their prices are a little on the steep side.

You cant try on any wigs during pandemic and all sales are final..but huge selection of wigs and makeup...

I will say the girl who worked there was super helpful and patient and honestly i felt she was unbiased not pushy to sell, gave me space and time to decide. This is my first wig, i just wish i could of tried it but i do understand the covid policy. Felt it was a little pricey but i did purchase real hair.

I went to purchase coloring tint for my wife however, it was the wrong color. The same day I went back with my receipt of what I purchased only to my surprise the manager will not give me an exchange I explain to him I have my receipt I just walked out of your store all I want is an even exchange he denied my request reasons of covert 19. Under no circumstance it did not make sense he refuse to honor my exchange i’ve never seen something like this before I made it clear he lost a customer I will not go back there again for 4.89 he refused to give me an even exchange i was shocked shame on this manager making up his own policies and justifying with some type of excuse beware go elsewhere where they will give you an exchange with no questions ask customer comes first he fails to understand this.

At these most trying times it puts a lot of pressure on people who have to work with the public. For young lady at the beauty salon he kept our distance but a service was top notch that's the only thing I could say top notch explanation showing I was just so very pleased. I have visit the other salon and I'm to tell you that they high er public people employees. Beautiful personality and outstanding services. I know most people would think that I'm a relative writing such accolades but it's true I'm enjoying my wig and everybody says I'm gorgeous. Thank you for your service.

Love the place,very big,nice and plenty parking spot,all kind of products, nice customer service, just not allowed to try the wigs cause covid which sucks but it was OK
