Never knew places like this existed and SO glad that my husband and I bought a camper there. Its just so refreshing to get out of Chicago each weekend and spend a few days having pure fun (and relaxation.) The events keep everything fresh and was equally impressed with the care that the staff took during Covid. A FUN and GREAT place with fabulous people

This was our first time at Campit, and first time camping for some in our group. Everyone was so friendly and the resort itself was quite nice. The events were fun and we just had a great time overall. The staff is also very friendly. We will definitely be back! Very pet friendly, too.
This was my first time at CampIt and if this was my experience during Covid I can't wait to go back! The staff was absolutely lovely and friendly and encouraged adhering to social distancing. Check-in was extremely smooth and they treated me like family. Other campers were friendly and helpful while also complying with social distancing guidelines. Overall an amazing experience and truly can not wait to go back!
We really enjoyed Campit! This was our 10 year anniversary and my husband and I wanted to do something special, so we chose to take our camper and stayed for a long weekend. Everyone was so very nice to us. We walked the park and made some new friends. Our spot was great. It was a corner lot with plenty of space and felt open. I loved it so much I think that it will be our spot. The people here make the experience. We are looking forward to returning in the spring.
Stayed here to perform for a music festival. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the bunkhouse we stayed in was clean and well maintained. Had a great time!

First time visit the Campit Resort and it was an amazing time. Stayed in the Old Horseshoe camp and met a lot of friendly people (other campers and staff). It was relaxing in the mornings and afternoons and more energetic in the evenings. Cannot wait to start going again next season. I plan on becoming a regular.
I enjoyed my mini trip to Campit this year. The camp was well maintained and I felt safe and secure. Their cleaning protocols left me feeling like my heatlh was a priority!
