We stopped by on a Saturday morning about 11:15 a.m. not knowing the showroom would be closing at noon and that appointments were the best practice. John and his team welcomed us in even though they were working with customers in front of us. We were able to find what we wanted, place an order and get out the door by 12 noon. The showroom is bountiful with samples, very clean and organized. I was able to pick up the flooring the next business day just in time for our installer to come by the house. All in all, a great experience from start to finish. Thanks! Ed

This is only a wholesale store. If you are working with a contractor this is not an issue. The contractor must clear the way for you and you need to make an appointment. They have good products and prices. For installations they have approved installers. Most carpet has a one week lead time.
