Eric was great to work with. After dealing with a difficult seller he went out of his way to fit the appraisal in to get the property closed on time. He was informative and professional. Very responsive and appraisal was on point. Would highly recommend Eric!

If possible i would have given no stars. Appraised a home based on comps of homes not even within the same category. Willfully ignored comps of similar homes in the area with similar prices and instead went with comps of homes several miles away in completely different markets. I have been a part of numerous real estate transactions and have never seen anything so blatantly incorrect. Find someone else to appraise if you want it done properly.

I highly recommend Eric Morse with Realist Appraisal Services. I had a piece of land, and he found that there wasn't enough data to make a solid appraisal on it. He was honest with me about it and declined the fee, so I didn't have to pay for the service, even though he took some of his time to look into it. His actions showed he really does care about his clients, and I think that is one of the most important things in looking for a company to work with. Highly recommend.

Got me in sooner than expected. Very professional and focused doing his work, which is probably why. Definitely a little “please stay out of my way and let me do what I do” attitude, but I’m the same way when I’m busy! He takes time to answer any and all questions at the end and at that time seems like a genuinely nice guy. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him unless you want to follow him and chat while he’s working lol

Called to get a copy of an appraisal and he told me to call the lender. Then said good luck. its a good thing the lender selects appraisal services now because this guy has no customer service.
