My first visit here wasn't great.. I had big issue with sales rep when looking for a converted van .. Not my sermon .. But mom went back here to get my wheelchair fixed.. Guess she left a review cause the next day a man called from higher up she said and she was crying.. A good happy cry.. She said they worked it out that we get the part free and they will put it on so I can lock my chair in place.. We just got the van but I grew out of my last chair in a month after getting our van back and having that thing put on to lock me in.. My momma is happy with the outcome and it sure took a burden off she said.. Thank you for making momma happy..when momma happy every one is lol at least that's what's said

Went to take my sons wheelchair to get the lock in mechanism put back on. But the service guy stated he had to order some metal cause my sons chair was expanded.. Been over a week now waiting for a call back to when the parts will be in.. ..if looking for a new van or pre used one or even repairs done right and not getting lost in the paper work or forgetfulness? I would suggest North county sales/service dept..instead of fentons
United Access has been very helpful for my clients in being able to provide rental wheelchair accessible vans over the past years. Both the sales & customer service staff are very friendly and quick to respond to all of my requests! Alan Brown has been a huge help with sales for MANY years! Definitely recommend them for all of your disability travel needs - both Rental and Purchases!!
