They have a great selection of products, brands and models to choose from. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I’ve been working with Sales Rep. Sierra who has the patience of a saint.

So so so many options and the place just seems to go on forever. Very helpful staff and lots of eye candy (if faucets are your thing) to inspire your next bathroom or kitchen. They even have a petting zoo for some of their hand-held showers. My only issue is the faucet I fell in love with is 7 grand. Ahh...guess I'll pick up something more reasonable.

Julian's expertise, professionalism and patience are top notch! He was able to quickly narrow down my choices and make the process less intimidating. I could not recommend him and Ferguson more.

This is the one showroom to go to for any home renovation project. They have loads of options to see and touch on the floor. Best salespeople who aren't aggressive. So refreshing.

I came in today with my partner and her registered service dog. We showed his card to the lady at the front desk. Another lady approached us and asked us to leave. I informed her that under New York's Civil Rights Law and the Americans with Disabilities Act a store must allow service dogs in - she didn’t care. We have never had any issue in any other store in Brooklyn. Avoid as this business as they obviously discriminate against the disabled.
