During this crazy time I was so appreciative of the assistance I received in reference to my oven not working. Needed to find a model number for service and our oven was outside of their records but Michael Kelly went above and beyond. He used search capabilities that I could have used on my own and he could have easily suggested that to me but he didn't ! Michael listened and asked questions to get me an answer. Not a normal response nor activity whenever you call somewhere. Michael's customer service was stellar. Really appreciate his time and assistance ! Thank you Michael.
