Thanks for wasting my time, it'd be nice if you listed that you only sell to HVAC companies and don't sell to property managers somewhere on your website or your Google biz listing. Then I wouldn't have wasted my time driving to your place to get parts. BTW - every other trade supply company in the city sells direct to property managers: electrical, construction, plumbing, etc. but not the HVAC mafia... we're too good for that. So FU, Granger just down the street from you was happy to make some money selling me the parts I needed. And I will be happy to go right back to Granger for future needs.

Very knowledgeable staff. Listened to the issue of very old plumbing and low flow toilets not merging well, suggested we're probably needed a gravity toilet if we were open to the idea of it being louder than your usual toilet. They are quite a bit more expensive than your typical big box store, but so far the solution appears to be working. Their merchandise selection was also quite lovely.
