Don't understand why it takes over 30min to get my equipment when it was already on will call. The guy inside didnt process my layment untill i got my equipment so i had to go back inside and wait for that.

Don't waist your time they tried to take advantage of my sister who is on disability she went to Ferguson to buy a control board for her ac unit she gave them the model product and serial number only to find it was not compatible with her unit she paid 170 for it she took it back and they refused to refund her money because it \was used\ it wouldn't fit so never was used it wasn't her fault they sold her the wrong part . It took 20 minutes arguing with a manager to finally get her refund . I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them poor customer service. High prices. Found the OEM board at supplyhouse.com with next day shipping for a 100
