I'm the only customer but with 3 people working the counter, I'm asked to wait. Then one employee asks me what I need and directs me to the location in the store where I can find it. Then I have to wait again. Why not type the damn thing up when I asked for it? The man in front of me had 5 purchases and he left before me. I had 1 purchase. #failedcustomerservice

I went in looking to replace my 48-in Vinyl Faucet Spray Hose. The manager I'm guessing was really rude, didn't even look at the damaged one. He just said ( if you don't know what the your looking for I can't help you)* like really. It,s your job to help the customer, and not dismiss them without knowing what the problem is.
