I had a sump pump go out over the weekend. They offered to have someone come over urgently, but it wasn’t pressing as the water wasn’t rising fast. Here we are two days later and it’s swapped out and working great. I love Renters Warehouse speedy response on work orders.

In the middle of the knight a loud boom! bang! crash! We thought someone was trying to kick down our door! I hoped out of bed, filled with adrenaline rushing to the sound. I slid in my socks, on the hard wood floor, falling down hurting myself. Only to find the ruckus was our wall cabinet falling off the wall, with screws sticking out the cabinet, nailing the cabinet to the floor! (picture with circles) I thanked God that none of my three children were near. ( you can see the imprint on the wall, in the attached picture) I sent pictures to renters warehouse with a maintenance request, then called and spoke with customer service in the morning. It still took several days for their own maintenance personal to respond. When they did come they told me there is structure damage, and they didn't want to rehang it because it would just fall again. another 10 days or so I was contacted by a third party company to fix it, and they did put it back up. The 1-800 # customer service was emphatic, but the personal in the Ferguson office blow me off like always. Both Crystal, and Donicha Sutton will lie, give you false promises, just tell you whatever they think u want to hear to get u out. SMH.
Raymart from Renters Warehouse team took care of me very quickly. They provided updates on when the Mainteince company was coming, texted me with updates and was very patient. This was an urgent request because I had no heat. I submitted the request on Monday night and it was fixed on Wednesday. Very fast turnaround! Thanks
This company is a sham. They only schedule showings through an online platform, and those appointments get canceled minutes before or even after the meeting time. I have tried many times to get ahold of the company and the individual leasing agent (via phone, text, and email), and I have not gotten a single response from an actual human. At the very best, they are extremely lacking in communication skills and clearly don't care about potential tenants, or the clients they represent. Take your business elsewhere.
Great help with getting a repair taken care of for my tenant. Minerva was very helpful and responsive.
