Helpful and professional service. They worked to understand my needs and to find the best solution for it. The parts I needed could not be found anywhere else in Thurston county, and their prices were better than anywhere else in Washington that I could find.

Although they have some good items and prices, I can't recommend this company because of their terrible return policy. On a piece of paper taped up near their front counter it says credit sales have a 35% restocking fee, and all cash sales are final. That's totally ridiculous, there is no way it costs them 35% to take back items; basicly, they don't take returns. I will take my business elswhere.
