Our family recently held a Celebration of Life event for our beautiful daughter Tracie at Oxley-Heard and Dottie B handled all the floral arrangements. Dottie B did an amazing job with all the flowers. They truly made our services special with their friendly and professional service. Most of our friends and family used Dottie B to honor Tracie. The flowers were so fresh that we were able to take many arrangements to our neighbors so they could remember Tracie and enjoy them. Now, a week later, the flowers are still bright and beautiful.
