We visit FL each year and stopping at The Driftwood has become a vacation staple for us. Friendly staff, clean store and very cool merch. We always look forward to our annual stop. Love this place!

Called several times for a surf lesson - never called back. When we got in touch with them in person a few times, each time they were busy or it Was too windy or it was high tide or nobody was available. Seemed like they just couldn’t be bothered. You mentioned you would call back each time but never did - yes those who know nothing about surfing lean on you for info - (I don’t need to be a surf pro to know you don’t call people back) when you take my name and number and say yes or will call back, it is common curtesy to do so - Also - in these tough times maybe You should not offer lesson and state that rather than say you will call back. not sure how these tough times relate to poor customer service or Bad surfing conditions for four days???? Maybe.
