Erin Pedack was very helpful in walking me through the steps of explaining the benefits and selecting a replacement Trane furnace. Likewise, the crew members who installed the furnace and the Honeywell thermostat were thoughtful and knowledgeable. Plus, they took time to answer my questions. The print on the initial Honeywell thermostat was too small for me to read. And Honeywell's instructions were difficult to follow. Erin graciously took on the challenge and found another Honeywell thermostat which is easy to read with self explanatory notes and diagrams. I am very satisfied with the services Andgar provided. And now I can enjoy consistent comfortable heat, and air conditioning and easily adjust them as desired. Thanks to all of you!

We had both our gas furnace and hot water heater installed by Andgar to replace the 20 year old originals in a house we recently purchased. From start to beginning the entire process was perfect. Their quotes not only were very reasonable, they were lower than other companies we received quotes from, and included much more than we expected. The sales team was very quick to meet with us, were very thorough explaining everything that would need to be done, and all the options available to us. The installers were meticulous, professional and left absolutely no mess. Highly recommended.

The technician was very professional and thorough in his work. He arrived on time. Upon arrival he spent time ensuring his workspace was set up neatly taking care to not damage the hardwood floor. He carefully and effectively worked through each part of his tasks. He adjusted the fasteners to wing nuts so we could easily access the filter. The work was completed to our complete satisfaction. Andgar is very fortunate to have such a competent and capable employee. We are so very happy with the caliber of your employees and are thrilled to have discovered your company recently moving into Bellingham after living overseas for the past 21 years.
