My snowblower broke down in the middle of high season. Even at a time when I'm sure Ferraro was swamped with business, my repair was handled well from beginning to end. A friendly voice on the phone to arrange pickup, on-time pickup on the appointed day, a quick turn-around for the repairs, and delivery when promised. All at a reasonable price. It couldn't have gone better.
