Absolutely worse customer service ever. They say call for refill once your to 20%. Did that. Been 2 weeks no refill. Now going on 4 days with no propane/heat. Called they say dont know what to tell you go buy space heaters. This will be last tank full and definitely switching comanies. F- is my grade.

Ordered almost 2 weeks ago, made 4 calls, still not delivered. Let's see when I will switch to competition. And what is funny, my neighbor who ordered 5 days after me receive it 3 days ago. This place is a real joke

My name is Ron and I live in mclouth Kansas I had become very low on propane and I needed a delivery quickly. IPhone Ferrellgas and spoke with Angela she was very professional prompt and forthright just two days after my order I received my propane thanks again Ferrellgas
This place is a joke. Aaron Hughes Is a liar and tries to scam people when selling equipment at this location.
