Well, I had stated to (I believe) was the head of the Repair Shop that I would like my car detailed before I had it returned to me and that I would pay for it. He said oh no, you don’t have to do that. So, when I went to pick it up, it wasn’t detailed and he rushed it over for a quick wipe down. I trusted that he would have done the detail and charged me or he would have done it for free. However, neither was done. It’s all about trusting their word. Oops.

Took my car in to have front end repaired. When I picked it up my trunk lid had a half moon shaped white spot the size of a tennis ball on it. Spot wasn't there when I took it in and was when I picked it up. They said they don't know what happened to it so they aren't responsible. Have gone there for years. Will never be back again. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Honestly I haven't always had a great experience using a dealership for repair. I usually get someone that just shows up to work. They typically don't \feel\ like dealing with customers. This was different I appreciate the customer service. Plus my 19' Traverse is fixed :)

Nice place to bring in vehicle, they did an awesome job, and wasn't expensive for an oil change/new filter, tire rotation, inspection,all fluids checked and a wash. I definitely be back.
