My experience with Fertility Solutions has been great so far. I was referred to them by a friend who had 2 successful rounds of IVF at Fertility Solutions. I've been a patient since July and since Day 1, it's been a very positive experience. As a prospective client, Cristina was super helpful with setting up my first appointment and helping me navigate what I had to do on my end to make sure I was all set (as you can guess, IVF can be overwhelming). Dr. Anania has been very informative on calls and responsive on the mobile app. At appointments, I've seen a few doctors there and all have been so friendly and welcoming and supportive.

I absolutely love Fertility Solutions. The Dr's & Nurses are all wonderful. Jamie is amazing. Dr Anania is the best out there. We will definitely use this office again when we are ready for baby # 2.

The front desk in Woburn is the ONLY good thing about this place. Two of the doctors are so cold with no compassion for what they put their paying customers through, and yes you are very much a customer here. The nurses act like you should know every step and have done this a million times already. They won’t ever provide an explanation or clear guidance and in fact will leave out VERY important info that you’re just supposed to know. And the docs and nurses never ask what questions you have, they hurry you off the phone. Sometimes they just don’t call you back or answer a message at all. The front desk in Dedham leaves a lot to be desired but the in procedure nurses in Dedham are absolutely fabulous as well.

Worst nurses they don't know even how to do blood work worst doctors they love money! They don't see you as patient they will see you as dollars very rude and dumb front desk!

I was referred to Fertility Solutions by my OB. Setting up the first appointment could not have been easier and I already felt like I was in great hands. I had my first virtual call with Dr. Huang on Day 7 of my cycle. We reviewed next steps and rather than getting started the following month Dr. Huang suggested I come in the following week for my mid-cycle testing to get things started! She made me feel like she cared just as much as we did about getting pregnant and it felt like it was no longer just up to us which was a relief. My visits to the office were always so quick and easy. I was greeted and taken care or right on schedule and the nurses could not have been nicer. I would recommend Fertility to Solutions to anyone. We were very fortunate to get pregnant quickly and I think being in their hands made a difference.
