I contacted Fidelity mortgage solutions because I am a veteran and I had noticed the interest rate had dropped and I decided to try and get me a lower interest loan. Brian Gafford took the time to analyze my income and my loan amount and then advise me that he could give me a loan which would reduce my monthly payment but with all the other involved I would be seven years before I would actually make any savings he did not recommend me taking the loan at this time and I appreciate his honesty.

If you want someone with knowledge and experience Vaughn Littrell needs to be your guy. Despite knowing how busy he and his team is, I truly felt like I was his only client.
