Store is clean and prices are decent but the employees I interfaced with were apathetic. I asked for an item and the rep called for another rep to meet me at giant bear statue; no one ever showed up. The website clearly said the item was available in the store but no one seemed to know where it was or how to get it. After searching on my own for 30 mins I eventually found it. Might have just been an off day for them.
