Amazing, amazing experience! I knew I was in the market for a new car and did tons of research. I visited five different dealerships before landing at Fields Fiat. One of those was another local Fiat dealership. Walking into Fields, I was tense and knackered from car shopping, but Larry greeted me right away, listened to what I was looking for, and responded in a way that told me the pressure was off. The key there is he LISTENED...didn't pressure, didn't guide, didn't demand information. HUGE difference between that and what I received at other dealerships. After hearing what I was looking to do, he introduced me to Andrew, who continued the fantastic experience. Andrew was patient with me as I tend to be a bit indecisive. He took the time to answer my questions, and was able to even anticipate some of my needs. Jeremy took care of my financing and it was smooth as glass. This was my first experience purchasing a brand new vehicle and I have to say, I am totally impressed with the folks at Fields. I love my new Fiat 500 Lounge and suspect I will be a customer for life. Thanks guys for making it such a great experience!

From the moment you walk in you know that this isn't your ordinary car dealership. The complete vibe and environment is different. I went to look and possibly test drive a Fiat, no pressure from the first moment. Andrew T. was great, friendly without being fake, knowledgeable without being pushy. I ended up custom ordering my car...then the long 6 weeks of waiting, which was torture for me! Andrew sent me update throughout the whole process. When my car came in, the actual buying process was as painless as could be. Andrew was there, making sure my car was perfect and ready to go. Jessica, made the paperwork/financial process super easy. They are big on transparency, no bait and switch or man behind the curtain routine! I absolutely love my car and this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I had been searching for a car for a few months when I came across the FIAT convertible, it was the perfect cute little car for me (I am a 20 year old girl). I found a beautiful 2013 pearl color with a red convertible top and interior on the Fields FIAT website. The first time I visited the dealership I believe that it was around their closing time and even though this was the case I would've never known by how I was treated. Tom helped me to get the right price and even though I had to do some things in order to get my loan he assured me it would all work out. I had multiple issues with my loan going through, but Tom and Mike were both very nice to me and helpful considering this was my first time buying a car. They really helped me to feel stress free about the purchase. Not only was the buying experience great but also when I went to pick up the car Tom thoroughly went through every feature of the car. He even went as far as to teach me how to drive a manual car since I came from Tampa without any family to help me. I originally wasn't planning on buying a FIAT but I have had the car for about a week and I absolutely love it and do not regret my decision for a second on the car or the dealership I bought it from! I completely recommend this dealership, after shopping around I can honestly say the dealership is what really made the difference. I felt secure with my purchase and everyone was great to work with.
When we decided to schedule a test drive for a Fiat we had only just begun our search for a new car. We thought we would have to visit several dealerships. Well, this was not the case...once we walked into Fields and met Larry and Tom we knew this was the place for us. They were patient during the whole process. We had lots of questions and they were able to help with all of them. They were honest and did not try to push us into something we did not want. I gave Tom a difficult task, I was picky on what I wanted and he said "Not a problem". He actually took my wish list a step further and found a Lounge, convertible and in a 5-speed which apparently was not very common. I was so excited when he sent me the pictures of the car, I immediately called him and said I will be down in an hour with a deposit, get the car here! They were able to work with my husbands work schedule and available all the time with our numerous questions. I could not be happier! I am so glad we decided to take a chance with Fields Fiat of Orlando, Fields have a customer for life!! Thank you so very much!!
I recently traveled to this Fiat dealership from North Carolina and was very pleasantly surprised by the professional staff I met there. They were able to help me find the car I was looking for at a price I was happy with. I drove off the lot with a very handsome 2014 Trekking. It rides like a dream and while 9 hours is a long way to go for a car, it was well worth the trip. I would recommend Fields Fiat of Orlando to anyone who wants to buy a car and be treated fairly and not pressured at all. I will be buying from them again in the future.
I absolutely LOVE everything about FIAT from the dealership, the people who work there and most of all the cars. I went in yesterday to trade my 2013 500 sport in for a 2015 500 Sport turbo. What a great decision! Andrew is awesome! He made the whole experience great as did the rest of the team. Very welcoming and felt like family. I had been in 3 weeks prior for service and was getting quotes on some packages and possibly another car when the 500 turbo just happened to be delivered with the packages I wanted. I chatted up with Andrew and possibly going ahead with trading up and he gave me everything I needed and his patience was a virtue to me. I needed a few days to figure some things out and when I got the green light, I gave Andrew the call. 10 stars all around from the service department, management, sales and the showroom too. Very convenient location! Awesome place and I highly recommend a FIAT for anyone and of course this dealer is the one to go to! Thanks again to everyone, especially Andrew. Always a plus to see the employees driving the cars they sell. Proves A LOT to customers.
Defiantly the best experience we have ever had buying a car. Andrew and everyone at the studio went out of there way to make sure we where comfortable and happy with our visit. My wife was ready for a new car but was very attached to her old one and it was the extremely personal service that made this visit so great. Its great to get that small town personal service in a large city. Andrew and everyone made us feel like part of the family and not just another number. We will defiantly be back when its time for another new car and will always recommend Andrew to anyone who is looking for a new ride.
I enjoyed the process of getting our new 500l here! Liz was a great salesperson and Chris was a very knowledgeable finance manager. The GM Brittany is awesome! Everyone was great to work with. The process was quick and we were out of there in no time. I highly recommend it!
