My cousin owns a newer Lexus and we decided to swing by here on a Saturday morning in hopes to get her oil change and a loaner car. Well apparently, she didn’t actually have an appointment so they were unable to give us a loaner to finish our our errands for the day. We just came inside and looked around while the customer service agent tried to assist her. Let me say, this has got to be one of the nicest waiting areas I’ve ever seen. They’ve got a entireFree café/mini store inside completely stocked with snacks drinks a coffee and a latte maker and a beautiful large fish tank. This place was pretty busy on a Saturday morning. They did seem to have a bunch of staff to assist their customers. Our wait time was maybe eight minutes in a line before we found out without an appointment we basically were @ssed out. we did take a few snacks along with us for the road. They have the café they’re stocked with everything from muffins to breakfast bars orange juice grape juice coffee candy chips popcorn bottled waters and almost any kind of coffee you can probably think you can create. Did I say it was free? If only we were able to get that loaner they would’ve gotten five stars. But it’s clear Lexus values their customers

The Team at Lexus of Fife is top notch. The moment you walk through the front doors you know right away this team is on another level professionally. Our Salesman Bill White was exceptional through the whole process, very knowledgeable, listened and understood what we were looking for, and ensured my wife and I were 100% satisfied with our purchase. Finance was a breeze and Jessica was awesome as well. Can’t say enough great things about this team! I can tell you for sure, we’ll be back purchasing another Lexus in the future.

The team here is simply amazing! They are so polite and easy to work with. Bought my very own first car with Phil Nguyen and the experience couldn't have gone any better. No need for back and forth negotiation. Just a solid, more than fair price for the car and some paperwork and you are out the door with your new car. 10/10 would recommend..

I’m 44 and have bought around ten cars, new and used, from dealerships and private owners. Our experience with Will Reid and the team at Lexus of Tacoma was THE best. No hassle, no haggle, everything was honest and open. We were in and out in two hours, including test drive and time to talk it over privately in their very nicely appointed lounge. It was great to have a good coffee and snacks while we considered our options. From the start, Will answered our email inquiry promptly and answered all of our questions. He was prepared for us when we got there and had the car cleaned and ready to test drive. We never felt like Will needed the sale, he was just being of service. We got an incredible deal on our preowned Lexus RX 350. The service department did great work and they were completely transparent about what to expect for several years to come.
