I use this clinic to send my employees in for DOT exams and work place injuries. The ease of scheduling appointments over email, and being able to quickly pay an invoice over the phone is significantly better than my prior experience with regional or national chain clinics. This allows me the time to focus on running my own operation and not spending hours on hold navigating through phone trees or waiting for voice mails to be returned. In addition, my employees rarely have to wait beyond their scheduled appointment times so they can quickly return to performing their duties. Finally, the physician always follows up with a phone call to me after treating a work place injury making sure I understand the restrictions placed on the employee. This helps me as an employer so I’m not just trying to interpret the information listed on an Activity Prescription Form. That way I know how to keep my employee from further injury and on the road to a quick recovery.
