After 9pm, its clear that masks are not a requirement at this store, in spite of state regulation. Mind you, there is not actually a medically agreed upon condition that exempts you from wearing a mask. I've observed several employees not wearing a mask during this time and also several people being served spring this time. To all my immuno difficult friends (cancer, immune compromised friends, respiratory deficient friends, and folks that are senior) avoid this place. Even when I friendly asked about the unmasked employees and patrons at this time, I was shunned. I have reported this location, but I sincerely hope you all beware.

Gas pump kept charging me even though I had stopped pumping gas. I've never had this experience before. I called and spoke with John (manager) and he said it was because of the \ filter\ and the volume of fuel they sell. I told him that I told the cashier on duty that morning but no one went to close of the defective pump. They told me that even though the meter/gauge/amount being charged kept ticking up, that I wouldn't be charged. That was a total lie because when i checked my credit card statement, it reflected the same charge as my receipt even though I had stopped pumping before that. I managed to get a partial video on my cellphone. Unfortunately it only shows the gallons going up; before that I watched as the price slowly ticked up. I called the Washington State Weights and Measure department to complain but since the business is on \tribal land\, they have no enforcement power, unless invited onto the property. I wonder if Costco ever experiences the same issue? I'll try to get that video posted.

BEWARE! THEY SCAM! Asked for 10 on a pump, turns out they put it on wrong pump next to me, which was already in use. They said I asked for that pump, I definitely did not. They wouldn't change it over to the pump I was using, didn't offer a refund or anything. All the manager had to say was \looks like your 10 just drove off\ and \it's your fault for not saying the right pump\. Extremely unprofessional, this is NOT the way to treat customers. I just wanted the gas I paid for, got ripped off instead. Will not come here again.
